摘 要:为了弥补搅拌车结构件板材缺陷,提高涂层外观品质,对耐高温腻子在喷粉工艺中应用的可行性进行研究。选取了一种耐高温腻子与普通腻子进行性能对比,考察了耐高温腻子喷粉后的附着力、光泽和耐蚀性。结果表明,两种腻子的干燥性能相当,且耐高温腻子能满足搅拌车结构件喷粉工艺的要求。The feasibility of scraping a high-temperature-resistant putty prior to powder spraying on the structural components of transit mixer was studied to make up the defects of steel sheets and improve the appearance quality of coatings.The properties of the high-temperature-resistant putty and ordinary putty were compared.The adhesion,glossiness,and corrosion resistance of powder coating sprayed on the high-temperature-resistant putty were tested.The results showed that the two kinds of putty have similar dryability and the high-temperature-resistant putty meets the requirement of powder spraying process.
