摘　　要：介绍了汽车涂装线上的涂胶工艺、涂胶种类、供胶系统及清洗投胶流程(包括材料匹配验证、管路检漏、压缩空气吹扫、清洗保压、投胶保压等)。对投胶后的停机维护管理方法和预防性维护要求进行了说明。The types of adhesives and sealants used in automotive painting line and their coating process and supply system were introduced.The cleaning and preparation of the supply system was described,including compatibility verification of various materials,leak detection of pipelines,blowing with compressed air,and holding pressure after injection of cleaner,adhesives,and sealants.The downtime maintenance and some measures for preventing clogging were presented.
