摘  要:将由中间层、颜色层和耐指纹层组成的三明治结构彩色膜层通过过渡层复合到不锈钢表面,制得彩色水切,按照汽车外饰涂层的要求对其耐光性能进行研究。结果表明:树脂体系、光稳定剂及颜色层所用色粉都对耐光性能有影响,其中色粉影响最大;颜色层采用有机和无机色粉复配,或使用耐光性能一般的色粉,都会短时间内发生耐光失效;采用含氟聚合物代替常规丙烯酸树脂,可令耐光性能得到提升;常规丙烯酸树脂必须添加足量的光稳定剂才能得到较好的耐光性能。A colored film of sandwich structure consisting of an intermediate layer,a colored layer,and a fingerprint-resistant layer was adhered to the surface of stainless steel through a transition layer,forming a colored weatherstrip.The lightfastness of the colored weatherstrip was studied according to the requirements of coatings on automotive exterior accessories.The results showed that the resin system,light stabilizer,and pigment used in the colored layer all have an impact on the lightfastness,and the pigment has the greatest impact.If the colored layer is composed of organic and inorganic pigments,or the pigment with ordinary lightfastness is used,lightfastness failure will occur in a short time.Using fluoropolymer instead of conventional acrylic resin can improve the lightfastness.Conventional acrylic resin must be added with sufficient light stabilizer to obtain better lightfastness.
