摘  要:臂式扩底钻头是长螺旋臂式钻扩底压灌桩施工装备中的核心设备,对成桩质量和施工效率起到关键作用。根据长螺旋扩底桩的工艺原理、适用场地和承载要求等因素,对扩底钻头结构进行整体设计,并对长螺旋扩底桩扩底钻头的扩孔爪头施工中受自重、扭转、土压等工况下的局部静强度进行分析,推导出扩孔直径液压推杆伸长量与扩孔直径的关系和扩孔直径计算公式。可为扩底桩设备的设计和施工提供借鉴。The arm-type bottom-reaming bit is the core equipment in the construction equipment of the long-spiral-boom-type bottom-drilling and pressure-in-placed pile,which plays a key role in the quality of the pile and the construction efficiency.In this paper,according to the process principle,applicable site and bearing requirements of the long helical expanded bottom pile,the overall structure of the expanded bottom drill is designed,and the reaming claw head of the long helical expanded bottom drill bit is subjected to self-weight,torsion,etc.during construction.The local static strength under the working conditions such as earth pressure is analyzed,and the relationship between the elongation of the hydraulic push rod with the reaming diameter and the reaming diameter and the calculation formula of the reaming diameter are deduced.It can provide reference for the design and construction of bottom-expanding pile equipment.
