摘 要:超大尺寸显示器被广泛应用于商业显示及高端会议显示,由于偏光片(POL)工艺加工宽幅的限制,业内无法生产出130英寸液晶显示器。为了打破偏光片工艺限制,提出一种130英寸液晶显示器的可行性结构方案,并分别把液晶波片和1/2波片运用在这种结构上进行对比分析,发现液晶波片的应用效果优于1/2波片。首先简要介绍了庞加莱球并基于偏振光学原理说明该结构方案的发光机理;然后通过Techwiz LCD 1D仿真软件进行模拟比较分析,发现在正视视角的情况下,液晶波片在130英寸液晶显示器的应用效果会比传统波片更好,其穿透性能基本满足应用需求。相比于目前市面上生产的130英寸LED显示器,该结构方案成本更低,价格优势更明显,是一种可行的技术方案。Large size LCD display is widely used in the field of commercial and conference display.However,due to the limitation of preparation technology of polaroid(POL),the displayer factory could not produce 130 inch LCD.In order to break through the limitation,a feasible structural scheme involving the 130 inch LCD has been firstly proposed in this paper.And then,based on the principle of polarization optics,the mechanism of this new structure is studied.Interestingly,we compared and analyzed the difference between liquid crystal-wave plate and 1/2 wave plate in this structure.A effective soft named Techwiz LCD 1D has been used to simulate this structure and it is found that the application of liquid crystal-wave plate in large size LCD display is better than 1/2 wave plate.Moreover,comparing to the 130 inch LED displayer which are widely used in market,the cost of 130 inch LCD is more cheaper.
