摘　　要：数字劳动是数字经济时代资本主义社会涌现的新价值源泉,数字资本是参与和支配数字劳动生产的新资本形态。从形式逻辑上看,数字资本是数字技术革命全方位作用于资本主义社会劳动形态、商品形式、资本物质运动和价值运动全过程的综合性结果,作为数字资本价值载体的数字商品具有价值、使用价值、交换价值三元辩证统一的价值结构。数字资本兼具作为智能化人工化生产要素形态和金融垄断资本主义生产关系载体的二重属性,数字资本运动在物质形态上表现为数字生产和数字流通循环往复的持续运动,在价值形态上表现为价值创造和价值增殖复合叠加的双重运动过程。数字资本运动依然受剩余价值规律支配,在剩余价值规律作用下数字资本运动一方面推动了资本主义社会化数字大生产效率的提升,另一方面又加深了资本主义社会人的数字异化程度和激化了资本主义社会阶级矛盾,为资本主义制度走向自我毁灭宿命做出了历史性铺垫。Digital labor is a new source of value emerging in capitalist society in the era of digital economy.The process of creating value by digital labor is dominated by digital capital,which is a brand-new form of capital.From the perspective of formal logic,digital capital embodies the comprehensive impact of the digital technology revolution on the whole process of capitalist social labor form,commodity form,capital material and value movement.As the value carrier of digital capital,capital goods is featured with a tripartite dialectical unified value structure of value,use and exchange.Digital capital has dual attributes,embodying the smart,artificial production factor and the financial monopoly capitalist production relation.Digital capital movement is characterized by a continuous cyclical motion in terms of digital production and digital circucation,and a dual-motion process of value production and value addition and multiplication.The residual value law,still applicable to digital capital movement,leads to significant promotion of digital productivity,and deterioration of digital alienation of humanity as well as class contradictions in capitalist societies,which points to the prospect of the doomed self-destruction of capitalist system.
