摘 要:运用文献资料法、实地调查法,对我国足球学校和职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养存在的问题进行研究.研究认为:足球学校和职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养忽视球员“全人”发展、选材工作缺乏专业性、足球训练理念不统一、竞赛组织欠合理且球员竞赛中“四个不强”现象突出、教练综合素质缺陷和团队建设不完善等问题.针对这些问题提出我国足球后备人才培养的改进策略,以为我国足球后备人才培养的健康可持续发展提供参考依据.Using the methods of documents and field investigations,the paper has researched on the problems existing in reserve talents training in Chinese football school and professional football club.The research points out that football schools and professional football clubs neglect the“whole person”development of players in reserve talent training,the lack of professionalism in talent selection,the concepts of football training is inconsistent,the competition organization is unreasonable,and“four not strong”phenomenon in player competition is prominent,the comprehensive quality of coaches and team building is not perfect and other problems.In view of the above problems,the improving strategy of China’s football reserve personnel training is proposed to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s football reserve personnel training.
