铕掺杂NaY(WO_(4))_(2)玻璃陶瓷的制备及发光性能研究

摘  要:利用熔融—晶化法制备了铕掺杂NaY(WO_(4))_(2)玻璃陶瓷,主晶相为NaY(WO_(4))_(2)(48-0886)。研究了热处理条件对玻璃陶瓷样品的晶相、透过率和荧光强度的影响。随着热处理时间的增加,晶相没有变化,透过率逐渐降低,荧光强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势。确定了最佳的热处理条件:在650℃保温3 h。在395 nm光的激发下,铕掺杂NaY(WO_(4))_(2)玻璃陶瓷样品在592 nm和616 nm附近存在发射峰,分别归属于Eu^(3+)的^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)和^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)跃迁。在相同热处理条件下,研究了不同Eu_(2)O_(3)掺杂浓度的发射光谱,确定了最佳的掺杂浓度为0.6 mol%。Eu 3+doped NaY(WO_(4))_(2) glass ceramics were prepared by melt crystallization method.The main crystal phase was NaY(WO_(4))_(2)(48-0886).The effects of heat treatment conditions on the crystal phase,transmittance and fluorescence intensity of glass ceramics were studied.With the increase of heat treatment time,the crystal phase does not change,the transmittance decreases gradually,and the fluorescence intensity first increases and then decreases.The optimum heat treatment conditions were determined:holding at 650℃for 3 h.Under 395 nm excitation,Eu 3+doped NaY(WO_(4))_(2) glass ceramics exhibit emission peaks at 592 nm and 616 nm,which are attributed to ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1) and ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transitions of Eu^(3+),respectively.Under the same heat treatment conditions,the emission spectra of different doping concentrations of Eu_(2)O_(3) were studied,and the optimum doping concentration was determined as 0.6 mol%.
