装配式大截面节段综合管廊基础调平层施工技术

摘　　要：为减少装配式综合管廊在拼装过程中管廊与基础的摩擦力,提高基础的平整度及管廊的拼装精度及效率,以平潭综合管廊为依托,在基础防水保护层上增设调平层。调平层分两次施工,第一次于保护层横向左、中、右各设置600 mm宽,30 mm高的现浇调平层,待调平层浇筑区施工完成后,进行管廊节段的拼装及预应力张拉;第二次采用与管廊主体结构相同强度等级的混凝土进行压力注浆,使保护层与主体结构之间的现浇调平层全部填满。为检测调平层注浆饱满度,采用地质雷达进行探测,并对不密实、空洞区域再次进行注浆。实践表明,调平层的设置,可以减少管廊拼装阶段与基础的摩擦力,使其能够快速滑动并就位,二次注浆及质量检测技术可以确保调平层的密实度,进而提高装配式管廊的拼装精度。In order to reduce the friction between the pipe gallery and the foundation during the assembly process of the fabricated integrated pipe gallery and improve the flatness of the foundation,assembly accuracy and efficiency of the pipe gallery,a leveling layer was added on the waterproof protective layer of the foundation based on the PingTan integrated pipe gallery.The leveling layer was be constructed in two times.The first was to set 600 mm wide and 30mm high cast-in-place leveling layers on the left,middle and right of the protective layer.After the construction of the leveling layer pouring area was completed,the assembly and prestressed tensioning of the pipe gallery sections were be carried out;For the second time,concrete with the same strength grade as the main structure of the pipe gallery was used for pressure grouting,so that the castin-place leveling layer between the protective layer and the main structure were fully filled.In order to detect the grouting plumpness of the leveling layer,geological radar was used to detect,and the uncompacted and hollow areas were grouted again.The practice shows that,the setting of the leveling layer can reduce the friction between the assembly stage of the pipe gallery and the foundation and it can slide quickly and be in place.The secondary grouting and quality inspection technology can ensure the compactness of the leveling layer,and improve the assembly accuracy of the fabricated pipe gallery.
