摘 要:既有的轨道交通装配式轨道在曲线地段通常采用“以直代曲”的方案,为了解决施工阶段扣件水平和高低调整量过大引起运维阶段扣件剩余调整量不足的问题,考虑轨道交通装配式轨道既有方案轨道板类型较少,以及高速铁路板式无砟轨道曲线轨道板扣件调整量较小的特点,分析了80~250 km/h各速度等级标准下不同长度轨道板在曲线地段水平和高低的调整需求量,结合扣件水平和高低的调整能力,提出一种以轨道板承轨台调整为主、扣件调整为辅的新型曲线轨道板调整方法,既能为运维阶段留有足够的扣件调整余量,又能有效控制投资。The existing prefabricated track for urban rail transit usually adopts the solution of'standard slabs instead of curved onesin curved section.Due to the excessive adjustment of fasteners in both horizontal and vertical direction during construction phase which leads to insufficient adjustment of fasteners in the operation and maintenance phase,this paper focused on applying the method of prefabricated track slabs used in curved section.In consideration that fewer types of track slabs were used in existing schemes for urban rail transit and the curved track slab of slab track required smaller adjustment in high-speed railway,the analysis of adjustment required of slabs with different lengths in curved section for speed ranging from 80 km/h to 250 km/h was carried out.Combined with the adjustment capability of fasteners in both horizontal and vertical direction,a new adjustment method of curved track slabs was proposed,which was based on the adjustment of rail support platforms and supplemented by the adjustment of fasteners.The adjustment method of prefabricated track slabs used in curved section could keep enough fastener adjustment margin in the operation and maintenance phase and could effectively control the investment.
