摘  要:针对神州煤业8103综采工作面“U”型通风上隅角瓦斯易积聚、易超限等问题,通过分析上隅角瓦斯超限的原因,采用采空区低负压大流量埋管抽放、采空区顶板千米定向高位钻孔抽采、上隅角插管、导风筒抽放及安装挡风帘等综合治理措施。通过实践,8103工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度(T0)由初采时的1.5%左右降至0.3%左右,回风流瓦斯浓度(T2)由最初的0.8%左右降至0.2%左右。结果表明,采取以上措施联合治理上隅角瓦斯效果良好,确保了“U”型通风综采工作面的安全生产。Aiming at the problems of gas accumulation and over-limit in the upper corner of'U'type ventilation in 8103 fully mechanized mining face of Shenzhou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,by analyzing the causes of gas over-limit in the upper corner,comprehensive control measures such as low negative pressure and large flow buried pipe drainage in goaf,kilometer directional high-level borehole drainage in goaf roof,upper corner intubation,air guide tube drainage and installation of windshield are adopted.Through practice,the gas concentration(T0)in the upper corner of No.8103 Face is reduced from about 1.5%at the initial mining to about 0.3%,and the gas concentration(T2)in the return air flow is reduced from about 0.8%to about 0.2%.The results show that the above measures have a good effect on the gas control in the upper corner,which ensures the safe production of the'U'type ventilation fully mechanized working face.
