摘 要:为了保证高位顶板钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果,提高高位顶板钻孔的抽采效率。根据万峰矿的实际情况,分析了回采工作面冒落带、裂隙带的发展范围,通过现场考察1115回采工作面高位钻场内布置的顶板钻孔的抽采效果,并进行数据分析,最终确定了万峰矿顶板钻孔的关键技术参数。研究表明,万峰矿老顶周期来压后顶板钻孔有效层位为1号煤顶板上方9~15m;顶板钻孔有效段沿倾向内错回风顺槽距离约为15~28 m,为上隅角及采空区瓦斯治理提供了可靠依据。In order to ensure the gas extraction effect of high roof drilling and improve the extraction efficiency of high roof drilling.According to the actual situation of Wanfeng Mine,the development range of caving zone and fractured zone in mining face is analyzed.Through the field investigation of the extraction effect and a large amount of data analysis of the roof boreholes arranged in the high drilling field of 1115 mining face,the key technical parameters of roof boreholes in Wanfeng Mine are finally determined.The research shows that the effective layer of roof drilling after periodic weighting of main roof in Wanfeng Mine is 9~15 m above the roof of No.1 coal seam.The distance of the effective section of the roof borehole along the inclined internally staggered return airway is about 15~28 m,which provides a reliable basis for gas control in the upper corner and goaf.
