摘 要:为了使煤矿井下采空区长期稳定保湿,防止自燃发火,需要灌胶充填密闭堵漏,隔氧冷却防灭火。本文提出了一种新型复合胶体防灭火材料,将有机高分子和无机促凝剂复配,通过分析材料的保水性、热稳定性、封堵性能、连结性能、胶体强度等指标来研究新型煤矿用胶体阻化剂的防灭火性能。结果表明:当海藻酸钠为4.6%,促凝剂为2.5%,聚丙烯酰胺为0.4%,黄原胶为1.0%时,胶体阻化剂的保水性能和热稳定性能最佳,封堵性能提高52.70%,连结性能提高117.62%,胶体强度提高一倍。In order to keep the goaf stable and moisturizing for a long time and prevent spontaneous combustion,it is necessary to fill with glue to seal up leakage,and to prevent fire by oxygen-insulating cooling.In this paper,a new type of composite colloid fire-extinguishing material is presented,which combines organic polymers and inorganic coagulants,and studies the fire extinguishing performance of the new colloidal inhibitor for coal mines by analyzing the water-holding property,thermal stability,plugging property,bonding property,colloid strength and other indicators of the material.The results showed that when sodium alginate was 4.6%,coagulant accelerator was 2.5%,polyacrylamide was 0.4%,and xanthan gum was 1.0%,the water retention and thermal stability of the gel inhibitor were the best,the plugging performance was increased by 52.70%,the bonding performance was increased by 117.62%,and the colloid strength was doubled.
