摘 要:纳米碳酸钙是一种来源广泛,储蓄量丰富且工业上使用十分广泛的材料,为了提高碳酸钙的性能和反应活性,满足不同应用领域对纳米碳酸钙的需求,从碳酸钙的几种晶型控制剂类型入手,介绍了一些晶型控制剂的加入对沉淀碳酸钙的晶型、形貌所产生的作用,并进行了SEM分析,按照晶型控制剂种类的差异,对其作用机理做出了说明。结果表明,用单一晶型控制剂在调控碳酸钙晶体的形貌时,存在一定的限制,而复合型添加剂的使用可以改善这一限制,具有更广阔的前景。Nano calcium carbonate is a kind of material with wide sources,rich deposits and widely used in industry.In order to improve the performance and reactivity of calcium carbonate and meet the requirements of different application fields,this paper mainly starts with several crystal control agent types of calcium carbonate.The effects of addition of some crystal control agents on the crystal shape and morphology of precipitated calcium carbonate were introduced,and SEM analysis was carried out.According to the differences of crystal control agents,the mechanism of action was simply explained.The results show that there is a certain limitation in controlling the morphology of calcium carbonate crystals with a single crystal control agent,but the use of compound additives can improve the limitation on the morphology and will have a broader prospect.
