摘  要:针对黄河什四份子弯道远程监测视频中流凌图像存在倾斜变形问题,基于摄影测量学原理对倾斜变形图像进行校正,建立一种考虑相机安装高度、相机倾斜角度及河道水位变动影响的图像像点比例尺校正方法。以2021—2022年凌汛期什四份子弯道监测图像为例,结合现场测量数据与雷达数据,拟合水平比例尺和竖直比例尺表达式,根据图像信息和水位信息实时计算流凌真实位置信息,公式拟合图像比例尺的相对误差在±6%以内;采用比例尺表达式对图像进行校正,获得校正后流凌密集度、流速等参数,统计流凌密集度与流速关系,证明了倾斜流凌图像校正的必要性。There was a problem of oblique and deformation in icerun image taken by the fixed video camera on the bank in Shisifenzi curve of the Yellow River.Based on the principle of photogrammetry,the scale correction method of image points was established to correct the oblique image,in which the method considered some factors such as the camera mounting height,camera oblique angle and water level variation.Taking the oblique image of the Yellow River in the ice⁃run flood season of 2021-2022 as the correction object,the corrected formulas in the horizontal and vertical directions were fitted respectively by the field calibration measurement data and radar data.These expressions re⁃alized the function of real⁃time calculation of the real position information of the flow ridge from the image information and the water level in⁃formation.The relative error of the image scale fitted by the formula was within±6%.After the correction of the oblique image,the real ice⁃run parameters such as concentration and velocity were obtained.In addition,the relationship between the ice⁃run density and ice⁃run velocity was also analyzed and the necessity of oblique image correction was proved.
