摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等方法对东京奥运会、第50届世界体操锦标赛男子自由操成绩进行研究,分析世界男子自由操竞争格局,为提升我国男子自由操实力提供策略。结果表明:①男子自由操项目进入群雄争霸时代,没有任何一个国家能够占据主导地位。②E分与比赛最后名次呈高度相关(P<0.01)。③难度与完成只有共同发展才是取胜的保证。在全能和团体项目上多数运动员会适当降低难度以确保质量。④随着技术的进步和规则的修改,自由操将进入高难空翻为主的时代。我国男子自由操项目存在的主要问题是:动作编排没有紧跟时代潮流;未能很好协调难度与质量之间的辩证关系;运动员下肢力量不足导致在比赛中失误连连,影响比赛成绩。提升对策:把握规则精神,合理编排成套动作;注重发展难度,完善完成质量;加强后备人才培养,拓宽选拔方式;制定科学的训练计划,提高训练的科学化水平,预防伤病。Using the methods of literature review,video obeervation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the results of men's floor exercise in the Tokyo Olympic Games and the 50th World Gymnastics Championships,explores the competitive patterm of men's floor exercise in the world,and provides srategies for improwing the strength of men's floor exercise in China.The results show that:1)The men's floor exercise has entered the era of competition among all the heroes,and no ountry can dominate.2)E score was highly correlated with the final position of the competition(P<0.01).3)Dificulty and ompletion can only be guaranteed by common development.In the all-around and team events,most athletes will reduce the dificulty appropriately to.ensure the quality.4)With the progress of technology and the modifcation of rules,floor exercise will enter the era of high ificulty saltos.The main issues of men's floor exercise in China are as fllows:the move connection does not follow the trend of the times;The dialctical relationship between difculty and quality is not well coordinated;The athlete's lower limb strength is insufficient,which leads to repeated errors in the competition and afects the conmpetition results.Promotion countermeasures:grasp the scoring rules and reasonably arrange sets of mowes;Pay attention to the difculty of development and improve the quality of completion;Strengthen the training of reserve talents and broeden the selection methods;Improve the scienffec level of training,prevent injuries and discases,and formulate scientific training plans.
