中国式摔跤对英式橄榄球运动防守技术动作的启示研究

摘　　要：中国式摔跤是中国最古老的体育项目之一,古称为角力、角抵、相扑等,有着丰富的摔跤手段和技巧,对运动员瞬间近身的反应及技术动作要求较高。当前英式七人制橄榄球是奥运会的正式比赛项目,中国橄榄球运动处于探索发展阶段,技术动作尚未形成专业体系。橄榄球运动员技术动作方面一直处于模仿学习欧美国家阶段。本研究将英式橄榄球这一舶来运动与中国传统项目——中国式摔跤结合起来进行分析,据其结果建议:发挥中国式摔跤优势,针对中国橄榄球运动员特点,努力提高比赛中的扑搂成功率,以此夯实竞技能力水平基础。Chinese style wrestling is one of the longest-established sports in China.It is called wrestling,juqu and sumo in ancient times.It has rich wrestling means and skills,and requires advanced athletes’immediate response and technical movements.At present,rugby sevens is an fcial sport in the Olympic Games,while rugby in China i at an explorative stage,and a professional system of technical movements has yet to form.The technical movements of our rugby players have been imitations and learning from European and American countries.This study analyzes rugby football,an imported sport,in tandem with traditional Chinese sport,Chinese style wrestling.It is recommended to give full play to the advantagos of Chinese style wrestling,work on the characteristics of Chinese rugby players,increase the success rate of wrestling in competitions,to lay a solid foundation for a higher competitive level.
