后冬奥时代我国南方冰雪运动发展的SWOT分析与策略研究  

SWOT Analysis and Strategy Research on the Development of Ice and Snow Sports in Southern China in the Post-Winter Olympics Era

摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析法剖析我国南方地区冰雪运动可持续发展的内在因素和外部环境。研究结论:发展优势是:雄厚的经济基础支撑、良好的综合体育实力、坚实的体育产业基础;发展劣势是:冰雪资源的先天不足、冰雪专业人才的匮乏、冰雪服务供给质量不高;外部机遇是强有力的政策做保障、冬奥会助推冰雪运动、数字化驱动冰雪运动;外部挑战是:冰雪运动发展不均衡、冰雪运动普及率不高。发展路径是:扩大冰雪服务有效供给、加快冰雪产业多元发展、加强冰雪运动人才建设、推动群众冰雪运动普及。This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the intermnal factors and external environment of the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in southem China.The study arrives at the fol lowing conclusions.The development advantage is the strong economie foundation support,god comprehensive sports strength and reduced sports industry base.The disadvantage of development is the inborn shortage of ice and snow resources,shortage of ice and snow professionals,and low quality of ice and snow service supply.External opportunitis are strong policy guidance and guarantee.The Winter Olympics will boost ice and snow sports and digitalize ice and snow sports.The extermal challenge is uneven development and low popularity of ice and snow sports.Reommended dewelopment pathways are to expand the efective supply of ice and snow services;to accelerate the diversified development of the ice and snow industry;to strengthen the cultivation of ice and snow sports talents;and to promote the popularization of mass ice and snow sports.
