摘 要:目的:探寻左右侧下肢瘦体重含量和左右侧下肢单腿站立平衡能力之间的关系;下肢瘦体重含量、左右侧下肢瘦体重不对称指数与无氧能力之间的关系,为平衡和无氧能力的提高提供有效训练策略。方法:本研究以15名具备一定运动经历的大学生为实验对象,使用Horizon骨密度测定系统测定左右侧下肢瘦体重含量。计算左右侧下肢瘦体重的不对称百分比,采用Vicon nexus测试系统测量左右侧单腿站立平衡能力,采用Monark894E测试系统测量无氧功率。结果:下肢左右侧瘦体重含量不具备显著性差异(P>0.05);下肢左右侧平衡能力不具备显著性差异(P>0.05);下肢左右侧瘦体重含量不对称百分比和下肢左右侧平衡能力不对称百分比关系散点图呈无序分布,没有明显关系;瘦体重左侧下肢瘦体重含量和左侧下肢平衡能力关系散点图呈无序分布,没有明显关系;右侧下肢瘦体重含量和右侧下肢平衡能力关系散点图呈无序分布,没有明显关系;总下肢瘦体重含量和无氧功率关系散点图呈无序分布,没有明显关系;左右侧下肢瘦体重含量不对称百分比和无氧功率关系散点图呈无序分布,没有明显关系。结论:在具备一定运动经历的大学生中,下肢瘦体重含量和平衡能力不具备明显相关关系,提高平衡能力的训练不需要增大下肢整体瘦体重含量,下肢瘦体重含量和无氧功率不具有明显相关关系,提高无氧功率的训练不能仅仅依靠增加下肢瘦体重的练习,应该包括其他更加有效的训练策略。OBJECTTVE:To explore the relationship between the lean weight content of the left and right lower limbs and the standing balance ability of the left and right lower limbs;The relationship between the lean weight content of the lower limbs,the lean weight asymmetry index of the left and right lower limbs and the anaerobic ability provides ffetive trni ning strategies for the improvement of balance and anaerobic ability.METHODS:In this study,15 college students with certain sports experience were selected a experimental subjects,and the lean weight content of the left and right lower limbs was measured using the Horizon bone mineral density measurement system.Calculate the asymmetric percentage of the lean weight of the left and right lower limbs,use the Vicon nexus test system to measure the left and right leg standing bal ance ability,and use the Monark894E test system to measure the anaerobic power.RESULTS:There was no significant diference in lean body mass content between the left and right sides of the lower limbs(P>0.05);There was no significant diference in the bel ance ability of the left and right sides of the lower limbs(P>0.05);The scatter diagram of the relationship between the asymmetrical percentage of the left and right lean body mass content and the asymmetrical percentage of the left and right balance ability of the lower limbs showed a disordered distribution,and there was no obvious relationship;The scatter diagram of the relationship between the lean weight content of the left lower limb and the balance ability of the lefit lower limb showed disordered distribution,and there was no obvious relationship;The scatter diagram of the relationship between the lean weight content of the right lower limb and the balance ability of the right lower limb showed disordered distribution,and there was no obvious relationship;The scatter digram of the relationship between total lean body weight content of lower limbs and anaerobic power showed disordered distribution,and there was no obvious relationship;The
