摘　　要：从病人、疾病、治疗、机械通气、导管、住院时间、护理、化验指标方面综述机械通气病人呼吸机相关性肺炎影响因素的研究进展,旨在为实施针对性的预防措施提供依据。The research progress of influencing factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients underwent mechanical ventilation was reviewed from the aspects of patient,disease,treatment,mechanical ventilation,catheter,hospitalization time,nursing and laboratory indicators,aiming to provide a basis for the implementation of targeted preventive measures.
