摘 要:以某高校在校大学生为研究主体,运用抑郁-焦虑-应激自评量表精简版(DASS-21)、家庭养育方式量表(EMBU)、艾森克人格量表(EPQ),采用线上问卷调查,探讨大学生抑郁情绪与家庭养育方式、人格的关系。研究结果表明:1.家庭养育方式、人格对大学生抑郁情绪有影响显著。在家庭养育方式中,父亲温暖理解、母亲温暖理解与大学生抑郁情绪显著负相关;父亲惩罚严厉、过分干涉、拒绝否认、过度保护以及母亲惩罚严厉、过分干涉保护、拒绝否认与大学生抑郁情绪显著正相关。在人格因素中,精神质、神经质与大学生抑郁情绪显著正相关,内外倾、掩饰性与大学生抑郁情绪显著负相关。2.人格在家庭养育方式对大学生抑郁情绪的影响中具有完全中介效应。因此,可从塑造高质量家庭氛围、加强学校针对性心理辅导与教育、提高个人情绪管理能力三个方面降低大学生的抑郁情绪。Taking college students in a university as the subject of study,the research conducted an online questionnaire survey to explore the relationship between the depression,personality and the family rearing style among college students by applying a condensed version of Depression-Anxiety-Stress Self-Rating Scale(DASS-21),Egma Minnen Av Bardndos Uppforstran(EMBU),and Eysenek Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).The results show that family rearing style and personality have significant influence on depression of college students.In terms of family rearing style,there is a significant negative correlation between father*s warmth understanding and mother5 s warmth understanding and college students*depression emotion,while severe punishment,excessive interference,denial and overprotection of father and mother is significantly positively correlated with depression of college students.Among the personality factors,psychoticism and neuroticism are positively correlated with the depressive emotion of college students,while introversion/extroversion and dissembling are negatively correlated with the depression.Another finding is that personality has a complete mediating effect on the influence of family rearing style on depression of college students.Therefore,the depression of college students can be reduced from three aspects:shaping high-quality family atmosphere,strengthening targeted psychological counseling and education in school,and improving the ability of individual emotion management.
