摘　　要：针对应急物流配送中心的作业流量、物资特殊性、作业流程、设备设施以及成本效率等因素,将应急物流配送中心分为物资卸载区、收货暂存区、集货区、库存区、办公区、配货区、发货区、装载区、停车场、救援人员休息区以及辅助作业区域11个区域;采用SLP方法对各功能区的布局进行了规划;在此基础上,采用Flexsim软件对应急物流配送中心出入库系统进行仿真与优化,实现应急物资配送中心的运营合理化。According to the operation flow,material particularity,operation process,equipment and facilities,cost efficiency and other factors of an emergency logistics distribution center,we divided said center into 11 areas,namely the unloading area,temporary storage area,cargo collection area,inventory area,office area,distribution area,delivery area,loading area,parking lot,rescue worker rest area and auxiliary operation area.Using the SLP method,we planned the layout of each functional area.On such basis,we used the software Flexsim to simulate and optimize the inbound and outbound system of the emergency logistics distribution center.
