摘　　要：目的分析2011—2020年国际儿童舒缓治疗的研究现状,为我国开展儿童舒缓治疗提供方向与参考。方法运用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science数据库中收录的2011—2020年发表的关于儿童舒缓治疗的文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入有效文献1888篇。近10年年发文量呈整体上升趋势;发文量最多的国家是美国,其次是英国和加拿大;发文量最多的机构是丹娜-法伯癌症研究所;研究热点主要集中于癌症患儿和其他慢性病患儿的舒缓治疗、症状管理、儿童临终关怀等方面;程序、地点等突现词对预测研究前沿具有重要参考意义。结论儿童舒缓治疗近10年越来越受到研究者的关注,国外发展较为成熟,且处于快速发展阶段,我国需要学习其他国家的发展经验,助推国内儿童舒缓治疗的发展。Objective To analyze the status of international children′s palliative care from 2011 to 2020,and to provide direction and reference for the development of children′s palliative care in China.Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze the published articles on children′s palliative care from 2011 to 2020 in Web of Science database.Results A total of 1888 articles were included.The number of articles published in the past 10 years showed an overall upward trend;the country with the largest number of articles was the United States,followed by the United Kingdom and Canada;the institution with the largest number of articles was the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute;the research hotspots mainly focus on palliative care,symptom management and hospice care for children with cancer and other chronic diseases;emerging words such as"program"and"place"were of great significance for predicting the frontier of research.Conclusion Children′s palliative care has been paid more and more attention by researchers in the past 10 years.Foreign development is more mature and is in the stage of rapid development.Our country needs to learn from the development experience of other countries to promote the development of domestic Children′s palliative care.
