摘　　要：总结了10例鼻咽癌大出血患者行介入术后预防深静脉血栓的临床观察及护理经验。通过对本院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的10例鼻咽癌大出血行介入手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结了患者行介入手术的早期观察及护理措施以及预防深静脉血栓的护理经验。对行介入手术的鼻咽癌大出血患者加强病情变化的观察,及时实施防止深静脉血栓发生的护理措施给予相关护理指导,进行合理的治疗及心理疏导有效预防深静脉血栓的发生,促进患者康复,提高患者的生存质量。The clinical observation and nursing experience of preventing deep vein thrombosis after interventional surgery in 10 patients with massive hemorrhage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were summarized.Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 10 patients with massive hemorrhage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing interventional surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020,the early observation and nursing measures of patients undergoing interventional surgery and the nursing experience of preventing deep venous thrombosis were summarized.We should strengthen the observation of the changes in the condition of patients with massive hemorrhage from nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing interventional surgery,timely implement the nursing measures to prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis,give relevant nursing guidance,carry out reasonable treatment and psychological guidance to effectively prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
