摘　　要：随着蠕墨铸铁在发动机缸体、缸盖上的大量应用,在发动机缸体、缸盖生产过程中,喂丝蠕化装置与铁液输送系统的有效结合应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了一种可在线二次喂丝蠕化的铁液输送系统的平面布置、工艺流程及系统主要设备。With the extensive use of vermicular cast iron in engine cylinder block and cylinder head,the effective combination of vermicularizing wire feeder and molten iron transport system is more and more widely used in the production of engine cylinder block and cylinder head.This paper introduces the layout,process and main equipment of molten iron transport system which can vermiculate secondarily online.
