摘　　要：本文以大缸径机体几种典型的狭长砂芯为例,从砂芯分芯设计、制芯工艺设计、工艺工装开发以及整体组芯等方面,探讨了长条状砂芯的分芯、制芯、组芯工艺设计关注点,以及对生产操作和铸件精度的影响。In this paper,several typical long and narrow sand cores of large cylinder body of our company are taken as examples.From the aspects of core separation design,core making process design,process tooling development and overall core composition,the focus of process design of core separation,core making and core composition of long strip sand cores is discussed,as well as its influence on production operation and casting accuracy.
