摘  要:为了解决大型柱塞式船用舵机油缸在实际铸造过程中存在的缺陷问题,本文从铸件结构和技术要求方面分析了技术难点和需解决的关键问题。利用Magama软件模拟重新设计了浇注系统,通过引入直浇道缓流设计和带泡沫陶瓷过滤网的开放式浇注系统的工艺方案减缓了铁液充型速度,有效解决了铸件表面渣眼问题。生产实践证明,优化后的铸造工艺方案可行,铸件质量稳定。In order to solve the defects of large plunger type marine steering gear oil cylinder in the actual casting process,this paper analyzed the technical difficulties and key problems to be solved from the aspects of casting structure and technical requirement.Magama software was used to simulate and redesign the pouring system.By introducing the slow flow design of straight runner and the open pouring system with foam ceramic filter,the filling speed of Equid iron was slowed down and the problem of slag holes on the surface of castings was effectively solved.The production practice has proved that the optimized casting process is feasible and the casting quality is stable.
