中频感应电炉生产高品质铸铁工艺浅析

摘　　要：结合中频感应电炉的冶金特点介绍了用中频感应电炉熔炼高品质灰铁与球墨铸铁的工艺过程与注意事项。中频感应电炉生产高品质铸件应根据熔炼铁液的冶金特性和铸件的结构特点,制定合理的熔炼工艺、选择合适的化学成分和孕育剂并强化多次孕育效果以及严格的过程操作。随着铸铁技术不断进步,高碳当量低合金化是生产高牌号灰铸铁的最佳路线;制定稳定的球化工艺及合金化工艺是铸态高性能球墨铸铁技术的关键。Combined with the metallurgical characteristics of medium frequency induction furnace,the process and matters needing attention of melting high quality gray iron and nodular cast iron with medium frequency induction furnace are introduced.The production of high quality castings in medium frequency induction furnace should be based on the metallurgical characteristics of molten iron and the structural characteristics of castings,To establish a reasonable melting process,select the appropriate chemical components and inoculants and strengthen the effect of repeated inoculation and strict process operation.With the continuous progress of cast iron technology,low alloying with high carbon equivalent is the best route to produce high grade grey cast iron,and the stable spheroidizing and alloying process is the key of as-cast high perfbnnance ductile iron.
