摘　　要：熔炼是很多金属材料加工过程中的第一步,是后续加工的基础。贵金属材料的熔炼过程具有其独特性,需要根据贵金属合金元素的性质去选用熔炼设备及熔炼工艺,同时匹配使用合适的熔炼坩埚、浇铸模具等。本文介绍了几种常用的贵金属熔炼工艺、贵金属坩埚材料,并分析其使用范围和优缺点,还描述了一种生产中常用的中频感应炉用氧化铝坩埚制作方法,为同样从事贵金属熔炼的工作者提供参考。Smelting is the first step for the processing of many metal materials and it is also the fundamental step for subsequent processing.The smelting process of precious metal materials has its uniqueness.The selection of smelting equipment and smelting process should be based on the properties of alloy elements of precious metals.At the same time,it should use appropriate smelting crucibles,casting molds,etc.This paper introduces several commonly used precious metal smelting processes,and narrates several commonly used precious metal crucible materials,analyzes their application scope,advantages and disadvantages,and also describes a manufacturing method of aluminum oxide crucible commonly used in production for medium frequency induction furnace.It provides reference for practitioners who also perform the work of precious metal smelting.
