摘　　要：对批量生产浇注重量在8 t以上的大型蠕墨铸铁件生产过程进行全方位跟踪,梳理出影响蠕化率的影响因素,总结了生产过程控制要点。通过对配料、电炉熔炼、炉前处理、蠕化处理、浇注等工序明确控制要点,辅以热分析技术、金相分析、超声波检测等必要的检测手段,可生产出性能指标和金相均满足要求的蠕墨铸铁件,保证了大型蠕墨铸铁件的稳定生产。In this paper,the production process of large-scale vermicular cast iron with casting weight of more than 8 tons was tracked in an all-round way,the influencing factors of creep rate were sorted out,and the control points of production process were summarized.The control key points of batching,electric furnace melting,pre-furnace treatment,creep treatment,pouring and other processes are clearly defined,and the necessary detection means such as thermal analysis technology,metallographic analysis,ultrasonic detection and so on can be used to produce the vermicular cast iron with the performance indexes and metallographic requirements,so as to ensure the stable production of large-scale vermicular cast iron.
