摘 要:通过纸上芽床发芽试验,研究不同NaCl浓度(0、50、100和150 mmol·L^(-1))下接种分离自醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)根际土壤的根际促生菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Bacillus licheniformis和Enterobacter sp.对醉马草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同根际促生菌对醉马种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及胚根长、胚芽长均具有显著(P<0.05)的促进作用;随着NaCl浓度的升高,醉马草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及胚根长、胚芽长表现出先升后降的趋势;NaCl浓度为100 mmol·L^(-1)时醉马草的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和胚根长、胚芽长最高,150mmol·L^(-1)时最低;接种根际促生菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa和Bacillus licheniformis显著(P<0.05)提高醉马草种子在NaCl浓度100 mmol·L^(-1)下的发芽率和发芽势;接种Enterobacter sp.显著(P<0.05)提高了醉马草种子在所有NaCl处理下的发芽势率。因此,根际促生菌可以提高醉马草对盐胁迫的抗性,且不同根际促生菌对盐胁迫的抗性水平不同。Three different plant growth promoting rhizobacterica(PGPR)strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Bacillus licheniformis,and Enterobacter sp.isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Achnatherum inebrians were inoculated under different salt concentrations(0,50,100,150 mmol·L^(-1)),and the seed germination and seedling growth of Epichloëendophyte-infected A.inebrians were studied.The results showed that different PGPR could significantly(P<0.05)promote the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length of A.inebrians.With increasing of salt concentration,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length of A.inebrians seeds first increased and then decreased.The germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,and plumule length of A.inebrians were the highest at a salt concentration of 100 mmol·L^(-1),and they were the lowest at a salt concentration of 150 mmol·L^(-1).Inoculation with the PGPR Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus licheniformis significantly(P<0.05)improved the germination percentage and germination potential of A.inebrians seeds at a concentration of 100 mmol·L^(-1).Inoculation with Enterbacter sp.significantly(P<0.05)increased the germination percentage of A.inebrians seeds under all salt treatments.Therefore,PGPR can improve the resistance of A.inebrians to salt stress,and different PGPR have different levels of resistance to salt stress.
