摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育肩负着为国家培养高层次创新性人才的重任,“三全育人”视角下探索“双一流”高校研究生思政工作为落实立德树人任务提供了科学的遵循。从人才培养角度看,“双一流”建设高校研究生思想政治工作存在弱化现象,育人主体及育人力量处在分散状态,需要运用系统思维模式从教育主体、教育对象、教育载体、教育过程四个方面形成研究生思想政治教育的合力,从而突出育人主体的全员性、育人对象的高效性,育人过程的连续性、育人模式的多维性,实现研究生思政工作高质量发展。The ideological and political education of postgraduates shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality innovative talents for the country.Form the perspective of“Three Full-Education”,the exploration of ideological and political work of postgraduates in“Double First-Class”colleges and universities provides scientific guidance for the implementation of the task of moral education.From the perspective of talent training,there is a weakening phenomenon in ideological and political work for postgraduates in“Double First-Class”construction of colleges and universities.The main body and power of education are in a decentralized state.It is necessary to use the systematic thinking mode to form the joint force of ideological and political education for postgraduates from four aspects of education subject,education object,education carrier and education process,so as to highlight the full membership of education subject,the efficiency of education object,the continuity of education process and the multi-dimensionality of education mode,and realize the high-quality development of ideological and political work for postgraduates.
