闭环管理在船舶装备监测应用中的几点思考

摘　　要：监测诊断是科学管理装备的重要手段和依据,而有效的闭环管理则能更加准确、及时地掌握设备运行状态,提高设备安全可靠性和经济运行水平。文章介绍了装备监测闭环管理的主要内容,并以问题清零为目标构想了管理工作的基本模式,最后从船舶装备实际监测案例的角度,表明监测闭环管理在装备质量管理活动中发挥的重要作用。Monitoring and diagnosis are important means and basis for scientific equipment management. Effective closed-loop management can assure a more accurate and timely grasp of the operating status of equipment and improve equipment safety, reliability, and the economic operation level. This paper introduces the main contents of closed-loop management of equipment monitoring and conceives the basic management mode with the goal of problem elimination. In addition, actual monitoring cases demonstrate that closed-loop management of equipment monitoring plays a vital role in the quality management of ship equipment.
