四川省旅游发展效率测度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：利用DEA+Malmquist指数模型,以四川省2014—2020年18个地级市面板数据为基础进行旅游效率测度分析,建立面板模型验证了影响因素的强度。研究结论:2014-2020年四川省各城市旅游效率整体呈现上升趋势;旅游全要素生产率均值呈现负增长,是由于技术引入的缺失和资源利用的不足;产业结构、经济发展水平、政府对旅游经济的干预程度、交通便利程度对旅游发展效率均有显著影响。研究建议:提升区域经济发展水平,增加居民可自由支配收入;下放政府管控职能给予企业发展自由度;优化旅游产业结构,实现结构性更新与产业转型;完善区域旅游交通体系,合理布局交通网络。Tourism efficiency is an important indicator to measure the high-quality development of tourism.DEA+Malmquist index model was used to measure tourism efficiency based on panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Sichuan province from 2014 to 2020,and the panel model was established to verify the intensity of influencing factors.Research conclusions:From 2014 to 2020,the overall comprehensive efficiency of tourism development in sichuan province presents an upward trend,while the pure technical efficiency presents a downward trend and the scale efficiency presents an upward trend.The negative growth of tourism total factor productivity is due to the lack of technology introduction and resource utilization.The industrial structure,the level of economic development,the degree of government intervention in tourism economy and the degree of transportation convenience all have significant influence on the efficiency of tourism development.Research suggestions:optimize the structure of tourism industry,improve the level of regional economic development,decentralize the government's ability to control freedom,improve the regional tourism transportation system.
