摘　　要：Amutual visa exemption policy related to travel between China and the Maldives has been in effect since Feb.17,according to an official release from the Department of Consular Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.Within half an hour after the news of this policy became public,online searches on Ctrip for information related to the Maldives as a travel destination increased by 20 percent.According to Ctrip,since the service of outbound group tours resumed on Feb.6,bookings from Hubei tourists for the Malklives have increased by 120 percent.
