摘 要:对15 mm厚板7N01铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊对接试验,焊后开展接头性能分析试验,研究下压量对7N01铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的静载拉伸性能、撕裂性能及疲劳强度的影响。研究结果表明,下压量对7N01铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头静载强度和撕裂性能影响均不显著;随着下压量的增加,7N01铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳强度呈现上升趋势;下压量为1.0 mm时,15 mm厚板7N01铝合金FSW接头的综合性能最优。FSW butt test of 15 mm thick-plate 7N01 aluminum alloy was carried out,and analysis test of mechanical properties of welded joints was carried out after welding to study influence of press amount on static tensile properties,tear properties and fatigue strength of 7N01 aluminum alloy FSW joints.The research results showed that static load strength and tear performance of 7N01 aluminum alloy FSW joints were not significantly affected by press amount.Fatigue strength of 7N01 aluminum alloy FSW joints increased with the increase of press amount.The overall properties of 15 mm thick-plate 7N01 aluminum alloy FSW joints were the best when press amount was 1.0 mm.
