摘  要:研究轮胎胎侧断差的成因及其控制方法。结果表明:活络模上、下模相对于花纹块的轴向错位是产生断差的原因,模具结构内部的3处间隙是影响轴向错位的主要因素;在合模阶段保持合适的活络模背压,可避免胎侧在模具还未闭合时产生台阶。The causes of tire sidewall section offset and its control methods were studied.The results showed that the axial misalignment of the upper and lower molds of the segmented mold relative to the pattern block was the main cause of the section offset,and the three gaps in the die structure were the main factors affecting the axial misalignment.Maintaining proper back pressure of the segmented mold in the mold closing stage could avoid the formation of steps on the sidewall.
