“你”从“春天”来——多重阐释语境下的《组织部新来的青年人》再解读

摘　　要：《组织部新来的青年人》自发表之日起,就引起了社会各界,尤其是文学界的关注。评论界对它的解读一直随着时代的变化而仁者见仁,智者见智。在小说刚发表时,特定时代的文艺政策和文学大环境的限制使得大多数批评家都把它解读为对官僚主义的批评。到了新时期,对小说的评析终于有了新的思路和突破。最具代表性的是从心理角度、成长角度来解读它。面对多年来对《组织部新来的青年人》的多重阐释,笔者试图从三个方面对小说进行再解读:“新来”和“青年人”所包含的意义,作者的时间点设置,以及小说中重复出现的意象——春。多次的解读再一次证明了小说细节描写的功力和对多重阐释空间的预留,也让这篇小说不断沉淀新的内容和可能性。With the publication of The New Youth in the Organization Department,various debates have arisen in the society,especially in the literary circles,and its interpretation by the critics has been diversified with the changing times.When the novel was first published,most critics interpreted it as a criticism of bureaucracy due to the constraints of the literary policy and the general literary environment of the particular era.However,in the new era,new ideas and breakthroughs have finally been made in the analysis of the novel,the most representative of which is to interpret it from the psychological perspective and the growth perspective.Against the background of multiple interpretations of The New Youth in the Organization Department over the years,the author tries to reinterpret the novel from three aspects:the meaning of“new”and“youth”,the author’s time setting,and the recurring imagery of spring in the novel.The multiple interpretations not only prove the novel’s strength in detail description and the reserved space for multiple interpretations,but also give the novel a constant vitality.
