摘 要:放线菌是一类能产生丰富活性次生代谢产物的微生物资源,其代谢产物具有高效杀灭昆虫、真菌、细菌、线虫、螨类,以及除草和抗病毒功能,在农业领域有着广阔的应用前景。在植物有害生物综合治理中,利用放线菌代谢产物研制高效、低毒、无残留、无污染的生物农药一直是研究的热点,近年来也已分离到许多结构新颖且活性良好的次级代谢产物,这些活性代谢产物为新药的研发提供了丰富的先导化合物。但放线菌及其代谢产物的应用仍面临诸多问题。论文综述了生防放线菌代谢产物的最新研究进展,并展望了放线菌源生物制剂在农业生产上的应用前景。Actinomycetes are a kind of microbial resources that can produce abundant active secondary metabolites,which can effectively kill insects,fungi,bacteria,nematodes,mites,and weeds,and have antiviral functions as well.Actinomycetes and their metabolites have broad application prospects in agricultural production.In the process of integrated pest management,the development of biopesticides with high efficiency,low toxicity,no residue and no pollution by using actinomy metabolites has always been a research focus.In recent years,many secondary metabolites with novel structures and good activity had been isola ted from actinomycetes,and these active metabolites could provide abundant precursors for the research and development of new pesticides.However,many problems still exist in the application of actinomycetes and their metabolites.In this paper,the latest research progress of the metabolites of actinomycetes were summarized,and the application prospect of them in agricultural production were discussed.
