摘 要:广州明珠湾大桥主桥为中承式钢桁拱桥,双层桥面布置,主桥及水中引桥钢梁均采用N形三主桁钢桁梁。主桥边跨和次边跨钢梁采用临时墩辅助半悬臂法架设,中跨钢梁采用在临时扣索塔架上设置3对斜拉扣索辅助,边跨压重后进行不对称全悬臂架设;水中引桥钢梁采用临时墩辅助半悬臂架设。主桥钢梁采用6个架梁工作面同时架梁,起始节间钢梁在搭设的临时墩和墩旁托架上采用浮吊和塔吊安装,再采用爬坡架梁吊机和浮吊不对称双悬臂施工,次边跨合龙后中跨钢梁采用扣索塔架辅助大悬臂架设,中跨合龙后进行全桥体系转换。大桥成桥状态下,钢桁梁中跨桥面高程实测值和理论值最大偏差为54 mm,吊杆总索力实测值与理论值偏差为1.2%,钢桁梁线形和吊杆索力满足预期控制目标要求。The main bridge of Mingzhu Bay Bridge in Guangzhou is a half-through steel truss arch bridge that accommodates two levels of decks.The decks of the main bridge and river approach bridges all consist of three lateral N-shaped steel trusses.The steel trusses in the side and end spans of the main bridge were erected in a cantilever manner with the aid of temporary piers,while the steel trusses in the central span were erected by a cable-stayed cantilever assembly method,where three pairs of stays were employed.Once the side spans were counterweighted,the asymmetrical full-cantilever assembly of the central-span steel trusses started.The steel trusses of the river approach bridges were also cantilever-erected with the support of temporary piers.At six locations of the main bridge,the assembly of the steel trusses was carried out in parallel,and the trusses in the starter panels were erected on the brackets protruding from the temporary piers by floating crane and tower crane.The steel trusses over the main piers were erected in an asymmetrical two-way cantilever manner using derrick crane and floating crane.When the end spans were closed,the steel trusses in the central span were erected by the cable-stayed cantilever assembly method,and the closure of the central span indicated the completion of the structural system transformation.In the as-built state,the maximum difference of the measured central span deck elevation and the theoretical value reached 54 mm,the bias of the measured and theoretical overall forces of the suspenders was 1.2%,indicating that the deck alignment and suspender forces reached the required control targets.
