摘 要:温州七都大桥北汊桥主桥为主跨360 m双塔中央索面钢-混组合梁斜拉桥,主梁为钢-混组合梁,主梁宽37.62 m。该桥主梁采用浮吊及桥面吊机进行双悬臂架设,由于主梁宽度较大、横断面刚度较小,在桥面吊机吊装梁段过程中,已安装梁段及吊装梁段均产生较大的竖向变形,且在二者匹配过程中产生错台,无法精确匹配。为解决该桥主梁施工中由于桥面吊机吊装梁段产生较大局部变形的问题,实现梁段精确匹配安装,采用有限元软件Abaqus建立节段模型,分析桥面吊机横向间距对已安装与吊装梁段变形、吊装梁段横向抗倾覆稳定性与相对错台量的影响,并进行钢箱梁焊接顺序优化分析。结果表明:在主梁及桥面吊机确定的情况下,桥面吊机横向间距越大,已安装梁段的外缘变形量、吊装梁段主梁中心线处的变形量、吊装梁段的抗倾覆力矩、吊装梁段与已安装梁段的错台量均越大,综合考虑选择桥面吊机横向间距为13.3 m;采用先焊接边腹板、再对桥面吊机进行部分松钩的方法后,理论相对错台量均小于1 mm,满足精确匹配要求。最终梁段最大实测相对错台量仅为0.3 mm,实现了梁段的精确匹配。The north main bridge of Qidu Bridge is a two-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 360 m.The stay cables are anchored in the central median of the deck,creating central cable planes.The superstructure,measuring 37.62 m wide,consists of steel box girders that act compositely with the overlaid concrete slabs.The steel box girders were erected by the combined utilization of floating crane and derrick crane in a two-way cantilever manner.The wide steel box girders have relatively smaller stiffness,during the erection carried out by derrick crane,both the already-erected segment and the adjacent segment that is being erected would experience relatively great vertical deformation,even staggering between the two,which imposes great challenges on the subsequent precise girder segment matching.To address this issue,segmental finite element models were developed in Abaqus to analyze the effect of transverse spacing of derrick cranes on the deformation of the already-erected steel box girder and the overturning stability of the adjacent under-erection steel box girder as well as the staggering between the two.The welding sequence of steel box girders was also optimized.The results demonstrate that as the main girder type and locations of the derrick crane are determined,the transverse spacing of derrick cranes is in linear relationship with the edge deformation of the already-erected segment,deformation of the under-erection segment along the deck centerline,overturning moment of the under-erection segment,and the staggering between the already-erected and the under-erection segments.By comprehensive consideration,a transverse spacing of 13.3 m was selected.The edge webs of the steel box girder were welded first,and then the hooks of derrick crane were partially released.As a result,the theoretical relative staggering was less than 1 mm,meeting the precise girder segment matching requirements.The maximum measured relative staggering was 0.3 mm,indicating that the precise matching target of the girder segments was a
