摘 要:基于有限元分析方法对直升机聚焦式弹性主减隔振系统进行了系统性研究。仿真分析表明聚焦式弹性主减隔振不影响操纵系统和动力输入输出系统正常工作。研究了弹性隔振器和优化主减撑杆焦点位置对主减固有频率的影响。通过频响分析评估了聚焦式弹性主减隔振系统对机体振动响应的影响。结果显示,聚焦式弹性主减隔振系统降低了旋翼激励向机身的传递,综合降低了机身的振动水平,提高了驾乘人员的舒适性。此研究对直升机主减隔振设计具有一定参考价值。The focal elastic vibration isolation system of main gearbox was systematically studied based on finite element method.Results showed that the elastic vibration isolation has inconspicuous influence on the control system and engine.The influence of the elastic vibration isolator and focus position of brace rods on the modal frequencies of main gearbox were studied.The influence of the focal elastic vibration isolation system on the vibration response of fuselage was evaluated through frequency response analysis.Result indicated that the focal elastic vibration isolation system of main gearbox had good performance for vibration reduction of fuselage,which provided a high degree of isolation from hub excitation;the cockpit comfort was improved to some degree.This paper was valuable to the research of vibration isolation system of helicopter main gearbox.
