摘 要:讨论了饥饿润滑条件下,激光表面织构技术和激光熔凝技术在增强表面润滑性和耐磨性的作用。目的是增强激光表面织构的耐磨性,探讨表面织构增强润滑的作用。观察了基体材料Cr12MoV激光熔凝后熔化区、过渡区和基体的微观组织,检测分析了金相成分,测试了显微硬度。对比研究了不同摩擦磨损环境下激光表面织构技术、激光熔凝技术对摩擦系数的影响。激光熔化区由晶粒细小的马氏体和大量的残余奥氏体组成。激光熔凝后,硬度达到了基体硬度的1.4倍。激光表面织构在低转数时增加润滑作用明显。全熔凝处理在各种不同摩擦磨损环境下都能起到耐磨作用。This paper discusses the effect of laser surface texture technology and laser melting technology on enhancing surface lubricity and wear resistance under starvation lubrication.The purpose is to enhance the wear resistance of laser surface texture and explore the role of surface texture in enhancing lubrication.In this paper,the microstructure of the melting zone,transition zone and matrix of the matrix material Cr12MoV after laser melting and solidification has been observed,the metallographic composition has been detected and analyzed,and the microhardness has been measured.The effects of laser surface texture technology and laser melting technology on friction coefficient under different friction and wear environments were compared and studied.The laser melting zone consists of fine grained martensite and a large amount of residual austenite.After laser melting,the hardness reaches 1.4 times of the matrix hardness.The laser surface texture can increase the lubrication effect obviously at low revolutions.The full melting treatment can play a wear-resistant role in various friction and wear environments.
