摘  要:磁通切换永磁同步电机以其简单的结构、低畸变率正弦性输出波形以及较高的转矩密度等优点,在电动汽车领域有着广泛应用,其运行特性由不同控制策略决定。针对传统磁通切换永磁同步电机运行范围较窄的不足,提出相应的最大转矩电流比和q轴弱磁控制策略。首先,分析磁通切换永磁同步电机运行工作机理及特点,建立相应的以定、转子为坐标系的数学模型。其次,根据电机不同运行区域工作特点对其性能进行仿真,计算结果显示可实现电机在高效运行的同时拓宽其运行范围。最后,基于一台1 kW样机搭建控制测试系统。转矩和功率输出测试结果显示,结果表明所提出的弱磁控制策略拓宽电机运行范围,正确性和有效性得到验证。With possessing the characteristics of simple structure,low distortion rate sinusoidal output waveform and high torque density,flux switching permanent magnet motor(FS-PMSM)has a broad application prospect in the field of electric vehicles.Its operating characters are depended on its control strategy.In order to overcome the disadvantage of narrow operating range of the FSPMSM,the corresponding maximum torque current ratio and q-axis flux weakening control strategy for the motor are proposed.Firstly,the working principle,characteristics of the motor are analyzed,and the corresponding mathematical model with the stator and rotor as the coordinate system is established.Secondly,according to the characteristics of different operation areas,the motor can operate efficiently and broaden its operation range at the same time through simulation calculations and analysis.Finally,an experimental system is built to verify the proposed control strategy based on a 1 kW prototype test system.The results of torque and power output show that the proposed flux weakening control strategy can effectively broaden the operation range of the motor,and its correctness and effectiveness were verified.
