摘  要:针对小区内电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)大规模接入无序充电对配电网产生不利影响的问题,该文提出一种基于Levy飞行的和声搜索(harmony search,HS)算法来优化EV有序充电问题。该算法考虑EV无序充电对线路电压偏差和配电变压器负载率的影响,以EV充电费用最低以及配电变压器负荷峰谷差最小作为优化目标,完成对EV有序充电的调度优化。为验证文中优化算法的有效性,对某小区算例与试点分别进行仿真分析与试验研究。结果表明,文中EV有序充电优化算法策略不仅能减少居民充电电费支出,而且对配电网负荷起到一定的削峰填谷的作用。Aiming at the problem of large-scale electric vehicle(EV)access to disorderly charging in the community,which adversely affects the distribution network,this paper proposed a harmony search(HS)algorithm based on Levy flight to optimize EV orderly charging problem.Considering the influence of EV disorder charging on line voltage deviation and distribution transformer load rate,and taking the minimum EV charging cost and the minimum peak valley difference of distribution transformer load as the optimization objectives,the algorithm completed the scheduling optimization of EV orderly charging.In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm in this paper,a simulation analysis and experimental study were carried out on the example and the pilot of a residential area.The results show that the EV orderly charging optimization algorithm strategy in this paper can not only reduce the residents'charging electricity expenses,but also play a certain role in cutting peaks and filling valleys in the distribution network load.
