摘 要:测量管是科氏力质量流量计(CMF)传感器的核心敏感单元,其设计参数(形状、结构等)直接影响固有频率、振型及相位差。为降低研制成本,针对CMF传感器的结构优化设计,采用一种基于流固耦合的有限元分析方法,并用双U型CMF的实验数据与仿真数据相比较,验证其可行性和准确性。该方法通过仿真软件中的流体力学模块、静力学模块、瞬态动力学模块及系统耦合模块对传感器进行流固耦合模态分析和流固耦合振动分析,研究结构参数对传感器模态、相位差的影响。结合结构参数对模态、相位差的影响规律,对固定管径的双U型CMF进行结构优化设计。结果表明该流固耦合方法对CMF的结构优化设计有一定的借鉴意义。The measuring tube is the core sensitive element of Coriolis mass flowmeter(CMF)sensor.Its design parameters(shape,structure,etc.)directly affect the natural frequency,vibration mode and phase difference.In order to reduce the development cost,a finite element analysis method based on fluid-solid coupling is applied for the structural optimization design of CMF sensor.The feasibility and accuracy are verified by comparing the experimental data of double U-shaped CMF with the simulation data.In this method,the fluid-solid coupling modal analysis and fluid-solid coupling vibration analysis of the sensor are carried out through the fluid mechanics module,statics module,transient dynamics module and system coupling module in the simulation software,and the influence of structural parameters on the modal and phase difference of the sensor is studied.Combined with the influence law of structural parameters on modal and phase difference,the structural optimization design of double U-shaped CMF with fixed diameter was carried out.The results show that the fluid-solid coupling method has certain reference significance for the structural optimization design of CMF.
