摘 要:为提高西辽河地区高粱种质资源利用效率,以199份高粱种质资源为材料,运用主成分分析、聚类分析等方法对其16个农艺性状进行综合分析。结果表明,西辽河地区高粱种质资源农艺性状的变异范围在6.51%~53.75%之间,遗传多样性指数变幅介于0.678~2.046之间,株高(53.75%)和穗形(50.06%)的变异系数最大,茎粗(2.027)、穗柄长(2.020)、千粒重(2.046)3个数量性状的遗传多样性指数最大。通过主成分分析将16个农艺性状简化为9个主成分,累计遗传贡献率为86.702%。构建高粱种质资源评价方程,作为评价高粱种质农艺性状的综合指标。通过聚类分析将199份高粱种质划分为四大类群,分别对应早熟矮秆高粱、中早熟紧凑型高粱、中熟抗倒伏高秆高粱以及综合农艺性状优良的育种亲本,可在高粱新品种选育时根据育种需求有目的地选取育种亲本。In order to improve the utilization efficiency of sorghum germplasm resources in Xiliaohe region.Using 199 sorghum germplasm resources collected as materials,16 agronomic traits were comprehensively analyzed with principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the variation of agronomic traits of sorghum germplasm resources in Xiliaohe region ranged from 6.51%to 53.75%,and the variation of genetic diversity index ranged from 0.678 to 2.046.The variation coefficients of plant height(53.75%)and ear shape(50.06%)were the largest.The genetic diversity index of stem diameter(2.027),panicle stalk length(2.020)and 1000-grain weight(2.046)were the highest.Through principal component analysis,16 agronomic traits were simplified into 9 principal components,with a cumulative genetic contribution rate of 86.702%.The evaluation equation of sorghum germplasm resources was constructed as a comprehensive index to evaluate the agronomic traits of sorghum germplasm.Through cluster analysis,199 sorghum germplasm were divided into four groups,corresponding to early-maturing dwarf sorghum,medium-early-maturing compact sorghum,medium-mature lodging resistant high-stalk sorghum and breeding parent lines with good comprehen sive agronomic traits,which could be selected according to the breeding needs of new sorghum varieties.
