摘　　要：利用ISSR分子标记对29个红托竹荪菌株进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,利用TM值(溶解温度)差异对78条ISSR引物进行筛选,获得34条多态性丰富的引物,其片段大小为100~2000 bp;各种质间Nei’s遗传距离(GD)值0.1312~0.9974之间,遗传相似性系数(GS)在0.4016~0.8770之间变化,聚类分析将29个红托竹荪菌株分为三类,Z 8(重庆市石柱县)与Z 10(四川省青川县)菌株间亲缘关系最近,Z 5(兴义市)和Z 2(织金县)菌株间亲缘关系最远,29个红托竹荪菌株具有较大的遗传差异性,遗传信息丰富。The genetic diversity of 29 Phallus rubrovolvatus strains was analyzed by ISSR molecular markers.The results showed that a total of 34 polymorphic primers were obtained from 78 ISSR primers screened by TM(Melting Temperature)differences,of which fragment sizes ranged from 100 bp to 2000 bp;the genetic distance(GD)and genetic similarity coefficient(GS)of different interstitial Nei’s varied from 0.1312 to 0.9974 and 0.4016 to 0.8770,respectively.The cluster analysis showed that 29 Phallus rubrovolvatus were divided into 3 groups,and the genetic relationship from Z 8(Shizhu county of Chongqing Municipality)and Z 10(Qingchuan County of Sichuan Province)were most farly related to each other,and the gentic relationship from Z 5(Xingyi City)and Z 2(Zhijin County)were most closely related to each other.The 29 Phallus rubrovolvatus strains had great genetic diversity and abundant genetic information.
