籼稻花药培养技术体系优化及高培养力基因型的筛选

摘  要:本研究选用改良M 8、N 6基本培养基和麦芽糖、蔗糖设置4种不同处理水平的诱导培养基进行花药培养。结果表明,对于大部分籼稻材料,诱导愈伤培养基添加N 6培养基和麦芽糖较为理想。以7个籼稻品种(系)为材料进行花药培养,筛选出高花药培养力基因型农香24、襄中稻3号、禾香1号和襄中稻1号,可作为单倍体育种、构建DH群体以及遗传转化的基础材料。In this study,the improved M 8 and N 6 basic media,maltose and sucrose were used as four different treatment levels of induction medium to carry out anther culture.The results showed that callus-inducing medium added with N 6 medium and maltose were ideal for most indica rice.Seven indica rice cultivars(lines)were used for anther culture,and Nongxiang 24,Xiangzhong Dao 3,Hexiang 1 and Xiangzhong Dao 1 with high anther culture ability were screened out,which could be used as basic materials for haploid breeding,DH population construction and genetic transformation.
