紫苏、香附及其药对挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取紫苏、香附和紫苏-香附药对挥发油,GC-MS联用技术分析,峰面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量。紫苏挥发油主要成分为α-蒎烯、(-)-α-荜澄茄油烯等51种成分;香附挥发油主要成分为石竹烯、β-瑟林烯等63种成分;药对紫苏-香附挥发油主要成分为α-香附酮、氧化石竹烯等51种成分,药对挥发油化学成分中发现24种成分来源于各自单味药成分的叠加,但27种成分不存在于单提的挥发油中。The volatile oil of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt with Cyperus rotundus L.and their couple medicines were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC⁃MS.The peak area normalization method was used to calculate its relative percentage.The main components of volatile oil of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt include(⁃)⁃Alpha⁃copaene,(⁃)⁃Alpha⁃cubebene,etc.The main components of volatile oil of Cyperus rotundus L.include Caryophyllene,(+)⁃β⁃selinene,etc.The main components of volatile oil of the couple medicines includeα⁃Cyperone,Caryophyllene Oxide,etc.It is found that 24 components are derived from Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt and Cyperus rotundus L.,but 27 components do not exist in the volatile oil extracted from their respective components.
